Style 1 problem

Post by Jokeresse » Tue Apr 19, 2011 11:09 pm

I tried to find a question that was about my problem but could not find any, so here I go...

I would like to get a 7-day print of my calendar in style 1 that starts at 6:00 a.m. every morning and ends at 12:00 a.m. for that same day. But whenever I try to get a range of 6 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., it changes the range to 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. which gives me a huge area of only 1 hour on the screen. If I set the beginning time to 12:00 a.m. and ending to 11:00 p.m., the 11 o'clock to midnight range is lost and it will end after the 10:00-11:00 slot. And when I select 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., it will only give me the range of my work hours which I predefined on my calendar. The dialog box will remain the same, saying "Start time: 12:00 a.m." and "End time: 12:00 a.m." but the print auto preview will only show me my range of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. My calendar cannot seem to give me a range of 6 a.m. to midnight for printing out.

Is there a way to fix this?

Thank you.

Hi Jokeresse, I apologize for the problem. 12:00 AM is technically the next day, not the current day, which causes the printout to become confused about which timeslot range it should be printing. I'll work on fixing this in the next version and will let you know when an update is available.

In the meantime, if you're using the Pro version, activate the Week tab in the main window and configure it the way you'd like to print (scroll and/or use the zoom buttons). Next, use the Print command and select "Calendar View" as the print layout style. This will print the Week view as it appears on the screen.
