Problem with Outlook and VueMinder Calendar

When I enter a new entry in my Outlook, I receive an error that states, "unable to save free/busy information". I have tried the Microsoft Outlook fix and it is not on their end. To complicate matters, I have a Blackberry and now I have duplicate reminders for all entries.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi ddowdy, are you getting this error when creating the event in Outlook? It sounds like an Outlook problem. Please try this:

1) Exit Outlook and VueMinder.
2) Click Start, and then click Run.
3) In the Open box, type "outlook /cleanfreebusy", and then click OK.
