Connection Timeout

I have the server installed on a laptop. Vueminder Ultimate 2020.03 installed on two other laptops. I started getting this error on the computer running Windows 10.

"A problem occurred while attempting to connect to the server: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."

The computer running Windows 7 can connect to the server without issue.

I did check to make sure that none of the settings for connecting to server got changed.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi modussn, which version of Windows 7 and 10 do you have installed? Are you able to ping the local IP address of the computer that is running MySQL Server from your Windows 7 computer? My guess is that this is due to a firewall issue.

Windows 7 Home Premium Version 6.1.7601
Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.18362.900

Pinging with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from bytes=32 time=2ms TTL=64
Reply from bytes=32 time=3ms TTL=64

Ping statistics for
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 2ms, Maximum = 4ms, Average = 3ms

Under Windows Defender Firewall, VueMinder has a check in both the private and public boxes.
