Launching VueMinder

I have noticed the past few weeks that when I start the computer, VueMinder is not able to completely launch. The VueMinder box appears in the desktop window, but it does not fully launch. The only way to get it to launch is to go to TaskManager and end the task, and then click on the Icon for it to launch. It does then without problems. I recently added the Zoom App and it seems that it might conflict. Known issue? Work around?

Hi ventimigliak, welcome to the forums. I have Zoom installed and I'm not seeing the issue you're seeing, so I don't think there's a conflict.

There might be something wrong with your VueMinder installation. To fix the problem, use the Control Panel to uninstall VueMinder (this won’t remove any data). Reboot after uninstalling. Next, download and reinstall using the link below:

Does that fix it?
