Hi Dan,
We purchased lifetime updates and priority support yesterday and we put the code into VueMinder Ultimate on both of our computers and updated VueMinder Ultimate on both computers.
Only Stephanie's computer and not my computer is saying to update Vueminder Ultimate to the new version of VueMinder Ultimate but we updated it already why is it saying to update?
Do you want Stephanie to update Vueminder Ultimate on her computer again?

It sounds like something went wrong with the update installation on Stephanie's computer. Please use the "Uninstall a program" area of the Control Panel to uninstall VueMinder. This won't remove any data. After uninstalling, reinstall the latest version by using the link below:

ok. will this link be the licensed installer of vueminder ultimate or will this install the trial version of vueminder ultimate?

If you previously registered your license, it will still be registered after downloading and installing the latest version.
