Problem Updating to Version 2019.03

When I try to update to the newest version of VueMinder Ultimate (going from 2019.02 to 2019.03) I get the following error: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." It says it can't find the installation package at "C:\Users\Bob\AppData\Local\Temp" but it is there. I checked and the file "VueMinderUltimateLatest.msi" is in that directory. I've attached a screenshot of the Windows error box. Any ideas on how to update to the latest??

Hi gandalf1369, I apologize for the problem. Please reboot and then use link link below to download the latest version:

If that still doesn't work, there’s probably a corrupt entry in your Windows registry. Microsoft created a tool to clean up these types of problems. The tool can be downloaded using the link below. You should be able to use this tool to uninstall VueMinder. This won’t remove any calendar data.

After uninstalling VueMinder, you should be able to install the latest version by using the link provided above.

Please let me know if this doesn’t fix it.

Dan,

Using the Microsoft tool to uninstall version 2019.02 and then reinstalling 2019.03 worked fine!! Thank you for your help . . .
