Post by unitedtherapy » Thu Aug 02, 2018 6:39 pm

Hi,
How do we change our current forum email address for logging into viewminder ultimate's forum to our new email address as well as changing the current password?

Hi Dan,
It let us change the password in our viewminder forum settings for our viewminder forum account but it not let us change the email to the correct email address which is unitedtherapy22@aol.com.
And it won't let us log in in with the new information either unless we use bestoftherapy and the new password, what could be wrong?

Hi bestoftherapy, your user profile already has the correct email address. When you log in, don't enter your email address for the username. Your username is bestoftherapy.

P.S. I'd recommend updating your password. You included your password in your previous post. I edited your post as soon as I could to remove the password. Everyone in the world can see these posts! For that matter, it's generally not a good idea to include your email address in posts either. There are bots that crawl forums on the internet, harvesting email addresses which spammers use.
