Problem for "Add Google Calendar"

Hi Dan

Below is the picture regarding "Add Google Calendar" problem

my PC OS is window 10.
we had purchased 3 life time license key for VueMinder Pro. now all 3 PC with VueMinder Pro can't sync and link to Google Calendar

please kindly advise us how to solve it.

Hi embeddedeps, welcome to the forums. Have you tried rebooting? If rebooting doesn’t fix the problem, there might be something wrong with your VueMinder installation. To fix the problem, use the Control Panel to uninstall VueMinder (this won’t remove any data). Reboot after uninstalling. Next, download and reinstall using the link below: ... _Setup.exe

If that doesn’t solve it, please make sure you have .NET Framework 4.7 installed. You can download it using the link below: ... x?id=55170

If that still doesn’t solve it, please make sure your firewall and antivirus software isn’t interfering with VueMinder. You might need to add an exception for VueMinder.

Please let me know if that doesn't fix the problem or if you have any other questions.
