Post by minhyemi » Sun Mar 05, 2017 8:35 pm

I installed Vueminder on Windows10 (which is installed on VirtualBox)
and I'm trying to add google canlendar, It doesn't work.

I already made the firewall unable, and checked internet connection, .NET Framework.
Also, tried 1-way sync and 2-way sync.
for your information, my vueminder version is vueminder_pro

What is the problem? How can I solve it?

Hi minhyemi, welcome to the forums. Could you translate the Korean text under "The following error occurred"? The error message might provide me with the information I need to determine what is causing the problem.

It says "incorrect data". That's why I could not fix the error...

Hi minhyemi, thank you for the information. Are you using the latest version of VueMinder (2017.01)? If you're using an older version, it's possible updating to the latest version will fix the problem. If you're already using the latest version, then it's possible something went wrong when the OAuth2.0 token was downloaded from Google. Please try these steps:

1. Click the "File -> Exit" menu command to exit VueMinder.

2. Delete the folder named "C:\Users\YourLoginName\AppData\Roaming\VueMinder.Google.Auth". Note, this folder is hidden. File Explorer will need to be configured to show hidden folders before this folder will be visible.

3. Open the Google Account Permissions page. Revoke access for VueMinder.

4. Restart VueMinder and click the "File -> Add Calendar -> Add Google Calendar" menu command.

5. A webpage should appear asking if you'd like to allow access. Click the Allow button. You should then be able to add your Google Calendar(s) to VueMinder.
