Currency statistics function?

Post by Kuan-Yu » Mon Nov 23, 2015 10:09 pm

Hello,

Is there any possible to display the currency statistics on the Events or Tasks calendar?
It will useful to manage the project process.
In my case, could the Project A & Project B display the currency statistics automatically?

Best regards,
Kuan-Yu

Hi Kuan-Yu, the "Currency" column appears to be a custom field you've added. Can you clarify what you mean by currency statistics, and where you want this data to automatically appear?

Dear Dan,

I mean the currency of Project A & B could be calculated automatically?
And the Total Currency may appear in a new column.

Hi Kuan-Yu, thank you for clarifying. I'm planning to add the ability to show a summation row at the bottom of the grid, which would add any numeric values in the rows above. I'll post a reply when this improvement is completed.

In the meantime, if you have Excel installed, you could export the list to Excel by clicking the gear button in the upper-right corner and using the "Export to Excel" command. After exporting to Excel, select the column or cells to see the sum in Excel's status bar.
