VueMinder has Stopped Working

I installed some Windows Updates today, and also the latest version of ACT! I had to delete an old version of SQL Server that was causing conflicts with the new SQL install. When ACT! did not work, I uninstalled it, and all of a sudden I could not get VueMinder and Snagit to startup.

The Error message I get is:

Hi fauche65, welcome to the forums. It sounds like there's a problem with your VueMinder installation. To fix the problem, use the Control Panel to uninstall VueMinder (this won’t remove any data). Reboot after uninstalling. Next, download and reinstall using the link below:

If that doesn’t solve it, and if you're running Windows 7 or earlier, there could be something wrong with the .NET Framework 4.0 or 4.5 installation. You can use the Control Panel to uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or 4.5. Reboot after uninstalling and then use the link below to install .NET Framework 4.5. ... x?id=30653

If you still see the problem after reinstalling the .NET Framework, there might be a problem with the program data file. You can use the utility linked below to completely reset the data.

After resetting the data and restarting VueMinder, use the “Restore Data” command on the File menu to restore from a backup.

Please let me know if that doesn't fix the problem or if you have any other questions.
