Mini desktop calendar - pin to desktop enhancement / bug

Post by Manix » Mon Aug 31, 2015 7:34 pm

Personally I like keep the Mini Desktop Calendar visible for quick reference. One minor enhancement would be for it to remain visible (pinned to the desktop) if I hit the 'show desktop' hot-zone at the right hand side of the Windows task bar. A frequent reason for wanting to see the desktop is to see the calendar - but at the moment it gets minimised along with everything else.

Interestingly, if I hit the 'Windows key + M' combination, then it does stay pinned. And if I use the regular desktop calendar, that also stays pinned, even when hitting the show-desktop zone. Maybe this is actually an unplanned difference in behaviour (bug)?

Hi Manix, thank you for the feedback. Which version of Windows are you using? I'm not able to duplicate this problem in Windows 8.1 and 10.

Thank you for the information. I'll try to find what is causing the problem.
